Ceremony

The wedding ceremony will be held at Pacific Spirit park at the Lily Nature Space at 11:30am. The ceremony will begin at 12 noon. Please note this is a small venue and we could only accommodate close family and the wedding party.

There’s parking along the street as well as a small parking lot. Please consider carpooling to the location as it’s not very transit acccessible.

Reception at Palate Kitchen

4:30pm

The reception is high-tea style with 3 tier towers of small finger sandwiches, scones and sweet desserts along with selections of hot tea available

When you arrive at the venue adults will be given a complimentary proseco, champagne or other beverage.

There will be a bar on site and any other alchoholic drinks can be purchased by guests on their own tab.

This is a very exciting time and more so because it's also 🏳️‍🌈 Pride Weekend! 🏳️‍🌈 We expect downtown to be extremely colourful and incredibly fun, so we want everyone is aware of where the Pride Festivities are happening on August 4th to make sure you can get to Palate kitchen in time. As you can see in the map below, the parade route blocks off access to most of the bridges from False Creek and Kitsilano, so you're best off accessing downtown from Main Street or otherwise coming from east of downtown in the vicinity of the dunsmuir viaduct. We'd advise giving yourself a little extra time to get to the reception location and all will be well.
